Vacancies Fill in Chestnut Hill

Hmm, that rhymes.
It’s also great news for Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill. Like most successful, well-grounded main streets Germantown Ave has experienced an increased number of vacancies ever since the great recession hit. The Melting Pot, Borders, etc.
The great news about this new spot is that it looks like it will fill a large vacancy on G-Town (I believe it’s right where the old Express was located, but don’t quote me on that). Iron Hill is a perfect fit for this neighborhood.
