This is a prime Center City location that has sat vacant and weed infested for way too long. Remember the Philadelphia World Trade Center? Yup, same spot.

Let’s see if David Perlman, and the local OC community groups, can make it happen. Personally, I think this is a great project for this spot, especially since only the parking garage will back up to the I-95 ramp.

These homes should also fulfill the demand for active Old City buyers by the time they are ready.
